Reed Tool & Die, Inc. manufatures a variety of cutting tools ranging from standard drills, reamers, and endmills to complex, multi-step form and porting tools. We provide services for a wide range of manufacturers including automotive, aerospace, and medical.

Design packages and simulated 3D views are provided for customer approval before manufacturing.
 
Contract grinding of stainless steel drills, taps, reamers, blades, and other specialty instruments is a specialized field that Reed Tool has been a part of for the past 15 years. We have designed special fixturing and holding to accomodate grinding that is consistent and free of burrs. You provide the blanks and we grind the flutes, point, relief, teeth, threads, etc...

We partner with a sister company, Reed Precision Grinding Inc., near Nashville, TN to better service you. They specialize in regrinds and are capable of producing new tooling as well.
